There’s no modulation or variation in oxygen levels; users have difficulty elevating their heart rate and can’t create enough CO2 to release the consumed oxygen off of their red blood cells. Oxygen only systems are not effective enough to elevated oxygen levels in the blood plasma or trigger significant health changes.
