Cryptocurrency Payment Instructions

Thank you for choosing LiveO2! We are now accepting cryptocurrencies as a form of payment. To make a payment using cryptocurrencies, please follow these simple steps:

Step 1: Contact LiveO2 Sales agent

To pay for your order using cryptocurrency, contact a LiveO2 sales agent and let them know what you would like to order and your crypto wallet address. The agent will verify your order total. 


Step 2: Choose Stable Coin

We currently accept only these stable coins on the Ethereum network USDC, USDT, LUSD, and DAI. Please make sure you have sufficient funds in your cryptocurrency wallet before proceeding to the next step.

Step 3: Initiate the payment

To initiate the payment, please send the exact amount quoted by your agent in cryptocurrency to the following wallet address:

Note: Unlike traditional banking systems, there's no central authority to facilitate chargebacks or reversals. So if you send funds to the wrong address, it's unlikely that you'll be able to get them back. That's why it's important to be careful and double check all the details before sending any crypto.

Step 4: Wait for confirmation

After you have sent the payment, please wait for the confirmation. The transaction may take a few minutes to complete depending on the network traffic.

Step 6: Receive order confirmation

Within one working day you will receive a confirmation email with your order number and shipping information. This is how you will know your payment and order have been received by LiveO2.
