Incubation Support: When you suspect exposure
1. Fill the reservoir with oxygen
2. Exercise for 5–15 minutes at whatever level you are capable of — See Whole Body Flush
3. Put on the mask and breathe oxygen in sauna to heat tolerance
4.Do Acute Support breathing to oxygenate your lungs

Acute Support: While you are too sick to exercise
Run air separator for 30 minutes to accumulate oxygen in reservoir.

1. Hold Mask to face and take a deep breath.
2. Pressurize lungs but don’t let the air out.
3. Hold pressure until you need to breathe.
4. Release air and breathe normally.
5. Repeat pressurization 10 times.


Recovery Support: While you’re on the mend

Infection Injury
