The first 12 weeks that I had the LiveO2 system I lost 30 pounds and noticed a big increase in my fitness level. I combined LiveO2 workouts 3-5 times per week with low carb/ketogenic diet and my results were steady. Not only did I lose weight, but I could feel that my body was much less inflamed all over–less joint pain and a noticeable improvement in my tissues. I also got many compliments from friends and acquaintances saying I look younger and have a certain “glow”.
