Adaptive Contrast®
Change the air you breathe while you move. Adaptive Contrast lets you switch between oxygen-rich air and lower-oxygen altitude air during exercise.
Oxygen above room-air levels. The air separator fills the reservoir, giving you an oxygen-rich air supply for training.
Lower oxygen, without going to altitude. The second air supply provides the lower-oxygen side of Adaptive Contrast. Your training guidance determines how to use each.

Before you get started
A few good questions.
Start with the basics. We’re here to help with the details.
Ask our team a questionIs this the same equipment in Ben’s original video?
The original video was published in 2018 and shows an earlier setup. The system pictured on this page is today’s LiveO2 Adaptive Contrast offering. The store has current configurations, included equipment, and pricing.
How is Adaptive Contrast different from standard EWOT?
Standard EWOT uses oxygen-rich air during exercise. Adaptive Contrast adds a lower-oxygen air supply and a switch, so a training session can include both air conditions. Our team can help you understand the available systems.
Do I need to follow Ben’s workout?
Ben describes his own routine in the recording. Use current LiveO2 training and onboarding guidance for your system and experience level. Speak with our team about getting started and with your healthcare professional about medical concerns.
Can I experience LiveO2 before buying?
Open the location map to find participating locations and request an introduction. Equipment, scheduling, and session terms vary. The map is an introduction service, not an instant booking.
What does a home setup need?
The system works alongside exercise equipment, such as a stationary bike. Exercise equipment is separate. Check the current product page for the configuration and installation details, or talk with our team about your space before ordering.
