Hi Annette,

 

I obtained a LIVEO2 System in November of 2020.  Since then I have found it to be one of the best investments for my

health I have ever purchased.  Much of my ability to use the LIVEO2 has been the result of your patient coaching.  When

I received the LIVE02 I was a bit overwhelmed concerning how was I going to use the system for maximum benefit.

You patiently guided me through various workouts.  

 

Starting with a workout using the Pulse Oximetry to monitor my workout.  This was the most benefit  of all the workouts. Mainly because it started me to understand the effect switching Oxygen from –0 to +0 had on my body.  I started to understand how my body would react under the two oxygen conditions.  Something you cannot get from reading a manual. This was invaluable to me for later workouts. 

 

You next guided me through various other workouts, each providing more “stress” to my body.  When I explained to you

how I reacted to each workout, you patiently explained whether my reaction was normal or not.  This  was invaluable

feedback, especially since I am 80 years old.  I have progressed to the point where I can experiment with various workouts and will understand by my “body awareness” if I am pushing myself too much.  I do not need the Pulse Oximetry anymore to monitor oxygen levels, I can sense when I should go from –0 to +0 Oxygen.  

 

You have always responded to my inquiries in a very prompt manner which I really appreciate.  I hope others get the same “personalized” support you have given me.
