I have done this protocol 10+ times and haven't felt the dizziness or the euphoria feeling, why is that. I also haven't been able to complete the whole protocol, do you need to get that feeling in order to do so?
The Brain O2 Protocol lists "Power exert 1 minute on +O2, breathe deep and hard (this maximizes whole body oxygenation to unprecedented levels)". Can you describe this? Is there exercise involved in this phase?
